Postoperative Complication

This patient developed a suture reaction to the deep vicural sutures which were used. The wound opened and the following was done.

The patient was placed on Main Desai clean their chloride 200 mg Stat and 100 mg Q. 12 h. The wound was irrigated with pressurized sterile water and dressed with a silverlone sterile dressing. To conserve the cost the dressing was cut to fit not taking the other portion out of the package. This patient went on to heal with little or no consequence. If you have any questions e-mail us.
